We have created this guide discussing delivery turnaround times to ensure a smooth and informed experience for all Dispensed patients.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed on our end. During this time, our team ensures that your products are carefully prepared and packaged for shipment.
To ensure you receive your medication sooner, we offer free post shipping on all orders via NZ Post.
Following order processing, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Average delivery times are 1–3 business days, or 3–5 for rural addresses. In some cases, it may take up to 3–5 additional business days for your order to arrive. Please note that any delays caused by NZ Post are outside of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for them.
Our Partner Dispensary is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
They do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public holidays.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will not be dispatched by NZ Post until the following Monday.
