To determine eligibility we’ll get you started with a quick questionnaire. This will help us get a better understanding of you, your health goals and determine next steps. If appropriate, you can book a $0 consultation* with one of our experienced clinicians.

Doctors Assessment

After the initial consultation, if deemed eligible the most suitable treatment will be determined and provided.
After the initial consult, there are no upfront fees, meaning you only pay for your treatment plan if it’s approved. Our friendly team will also handle all doctors appointments and applications on your behalf, making Dispensed 100% commitment free.
All appointments are online and there is no referral required.

Delivery

After the doctor's assessment and approval, one of our partner pharmacies will have your prescription filled and delivered to your door. All medicine is delivered in discreet packaging directly to your door for your convenience and privacy. There is no need to leave the house.

Dispensed is an easy-to-use online platform that connects patients with highly trained clinicians. By completing a short patient questionnaire, our medical team can assess your eligibility and, if appropriate, develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Our doctors are registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) and have extensive experience in general practice and medical cannabis therapies.

Our goal is to make accessing safe, compliant, and patient-centred care simple and convenient, by connecting you to doctors who can assess your needs against treatment options approved under New Zealand’s Ministry of Health regulations.

How much does it cost to get started?

Getting started with Dispensed is simple. Your initial consultation is $0.

If you miss your booked consultation without attending, a $29 missed call fee will be charged to your payment method

If approved, treatment costs and any ongoing fees will be clearly explained before you proceed.

How much does the medication cost?

The cost of medication will vary based on your condition, frequency, and the severity of symptoms.

Treatment plans start at $119/month. Treatment plans include the cost of your medication, medication delivery, follow-up consultations and ongoing care from our healthcare team. All treatment options are managed on a monthly basis with no extra fees.

How do I book an appointment with a clinician?

All you need to do is fill out the Health Evaluation Form here.

‍You can select your consultation time once you’ve completed your form.

A clinician will assess the answers to your form and contact you at the scheduled time to discuss and determine eligibility, before recommending and prescribing a suitable treatment plan. As an existing patient, you will have access to your personal dashboard, where you also have the ability to book consultations where needed, at no extra cost.

What is the cancellation policy?

No lock-in contracts. No hidden fees.

You can choose to pause or opt-out of our service at any time, for whatever reason, without any hidden fees.

We guarantee you are not tied to any contract and have the freedom to be in control of the decisions you choose to make with your health and therapy.
